Dutchess County Residence and Guest House

Allied Works was commissioned by contemporary art collectors to design a residence, guest house and private gallery on 350 acres in Dutchess County, New York. Each of the three structures is conceived as an exploration of a specific site and material response.

Project: 5,500 sf private residence, 1,300 sf guesthouse, private gallery
Scope: Architectural design, interior design, construction documents, construction administration, landscape & lighting coordination
Completion Date: Guest House completed in 2007, Art Gallery completed in 2008, Main House to be completed December 2009
